Highlights

GUI – Improved QC Measurements Handling

  • Unified evaluation logic: The QC evaluation strategy has been harmonized. The same color highlighting rules now apply on both the New Measurements page and the Device QC Measurements list.
  • Barcode validation: Sample codes assigned after a run are no longer reclassified as QC measurements (e.g., 3100004, 3222670). Such samples will not appear in the QC list, will not be included in QC charts, and will not be highlighted in the New Measurements list.

    • ⚠️ Ensure that RAPTOR SERVER correctly recognizes QC sample barcodes as QC, either when scanned or when filled out manually, before the run starts.

  • Reprocessed QC measurements: When reprocessing a QC sample, the original capture timestamp is now consistently used to order results in both QC lists and QC charts. This guarantees stable sorting across all views.

      • GUI – CV Calculation Bug Fix

      • The formula used to calculate the Coefficient of Variation (CV) for each allergen in the QC Charts Trend View has been corrected.

      • CV is now consistently calculated as: CV = (Standard Deviation / Mean) × 100%

      GUI – Export of Individual QC Charts

      • Each QC Chart in the Trend View can now be exported individually.
      • The QR code and measurement date are now stamped on every QC datapoint.
      • Supported export options:
        • Image file – download the chart as an image for documentation or reporting.
        • Datapoints – copy the numerical values for further processing or archiving.

      Legacy/2025 Report - Report Template Duplication

      New functionality: Existing report templates can now be duplicated. This allows admins to quickly create a new template based on an existing configuration, avoiding manual re-entry of settings.

      Access the Report template configuration page: Menu ➡️ Tenant Admin ➡️ Manage Report Templates ➡️ Open an existing template ➡️ Duplicate

      2025 Report – Updates

      • Section title change: In the ALEX Air report, the group title “Insects & Venoms” has been renamed to “Insects” to more accurately reflect the content.

      • Address block & footer formatting: HTML is no longer supported in the address and footer fields. Line breaks can now only be created using indentation (Enter) within the text blocks.

      • Device identification: Reports can now display the device type and serial number for each measurement, ensuring improved traceability.

      GUI – Link to Device Configuration Page

      • A direct link has been added to the Measurement Details page.

      • This link redirects to the Configuration Page of the device that captured the measurement, improving navigation efficiency.

      GUI / Legacy Report – Updated Trivial Name

      The trivial name of Phaseolus vulgaris has been updated:

      • Previous: White bean
      • New: Common bean Note: The allergen source material itself remains unchanged.

      MAX 9k / MAX 45k – Monthly Cleaning Procedure

      Improvement in Step 6 (Open Top Cover): During the monthly cleaning workflow, the Open Top Cover command now bypasses the initialization sequence.

      • The top cover opens immediately, reducing waiting time and streamlining the cleaning process.

      On-Premise – QR Code Replacement discontinued

        The standalone QR Code Replacement procedure has been phased out.
      • This functionality is now integrated into the Server Configuration Package update, which ensures all critical modules are updated consistently.
      • The synchronization package includes updates for:
        • QR Code Replacements
        • Contracts
        • Minimum Agent Required Version
        • Minimum MAX Firmware Required Version
        • QC Lots
        • Definitions
        • Run Configuration Templates

      ⚠️ Required update: Due to this change, upgrading to RAPTOR SERVER v1.21 is required for all on-premise installations to ensure compatibility and proper synchronization.

  • RAVEN patient symptoms are now translated.
  • Measurement source label has been improved.
  • Direct link to device configuration added on the Measurement Details page.
  • ASTM export now sets the correct RAPTOR SERVER version.
  • Country imprint (Serbia) updated.

  • Monthly cleaning – Step 6 (Open Top Cover): skips initialization; cover opens immediately.
  • Run configuration templates updated.
  • Stop states now include more detailed descriptions.

On premise

  • PDF Service v2 default port changed from 8080 to 80.
  • Server Configuration Synchronization package introduced (replaces standalone QR Code Replacement).
