Highlights

V1.14.0 – Release 17.10.2023

  • QR-code replacement and calibration: Installation of a new internal tool which allows to improve the calibration of each lot and each single allergen.
  • Measurement administration: Users can request the unapproval or deletion of measurements on the RAPTOR SERVER GUI. A short explanation for such a request needs to be included.
  • Agent software: Update downloads are now restricted to authorized agents only (Agent version 1.13.x and above).
  • API/LIS: PDF reports of measurements can only be downloaded for approved measurements.
  • MAX inventory: Update of the display of identified inventory at run-setup.
  • PAX: Calibration spots have been removed from PAX Cat measurements (report and RAPTOR SERVER GUI).

QR-code replacement and calibration

We have developed and installed a new internal tool which allows us to improve the calibration of each lot and each single allergen. This new feature offers a more flexible and precise calibration of any lot.

Measurement administration

New measurements: The deletion of new measurements is linked to the specific user right “edit measurement”. So far, only tenant admin users with this right or system admin users can delete new measurements. Tenant admin users without this right don’t have this option. With this update, any user can request the deletion of measurements on the RAPTOR SERVER GUI (opened measurement, at the bottom right). This request can also be withdrawn.

System admin users will receive this request (special feature in the system admin rights: “Measurement delete/unapproval log & requests”) and they can accept or reject it.

Approved measurements: For an unapproval request, users can follow the same functionality (“request unapprove”; opened measurement, at the bottom right). Again, system admin users are receiving such requests, and they can accept or reject them.

Any deletion or unapproval will be logged in the database which stays in line with regulatory requirements.

Agent software

As mentioned above, all agents need to be updated to the current latest version – 1.13.0. Update downloads are now restricted to authorised agents only (Agent version 1.13.x and above).

API/LIS

Two minor improvements have been implemented within our API/LIS tool:

  • PDF reports of measurements can only be downloaded for approved measurements.
  • The description of some functionalities has been improved.

Result Sharing Portal

We have further improved our functionality of the result sharing portal. With this update, the list of measurements can now be sorted for each column (measurement, product, patient, sample, and date).
